We now offer an on-line repeat order service. Forms for registering for this service are available at reception. You can then order your medication from your computer or smart phone.
Patients on long term medication can use the repeat slip attached to their previous prescription to re-order. Simply mark the items required and drop it into reception. You can also telephone 02882 240100, please ensure you have the name and strength of the tablet you are taking and leave us a contact telephone number.
The repeat prescription line is only for medication you take on a regular basis. If you feel you need treatment for a new condition you should request the medication on the enquiry line. We cannot take requests for antibiotics or other one-off medication on the repeat line.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
